As part of our ongoing effort to maintain the quality and responsivenes of our services, we would like to inform you of an important update to our reservation policy.

Effective December 22, we will apply a single same-day operations (SDO) fee of $30 USD to all reservations made on the day of service, also known as GOSHOWS.

This SDO fee reflects the additional coordination, staffing adjustments, and real-time logistics required to accommodate last-minute bookings while maintaining our service standards for all confirmed operations. The fee is fixed, applies per reservation (not per person), and is independent of the tour type or number of participants.

Key points for clarity:
- The SDO fee applies only to same-day reservations for excursions, RT-, Open Services. Airport Services are not affected.
- It does not apply to bookings confirmed at least one day in advance, latest at 22:00. Reservations after 10pm will be have the SDO fee applied.
- The fee should be clearly communicated at the time of booking and reflected in the final price.
